Bristol LRP Kit Fair
12 February 2012
Well that was a busy weekend! A last minute opportunity to appear at the Foreign Fields LRP Kit Fair down in Temple Meads station. Rachel and I were promoting Waltz on the Wye, and steampunk in general.
A seven o'clock start to setup on Saturday (as if!) was unpleasantly cold, even indoors, although Brunel (Huzzah!)'s hammerbeam roof is still lovely to look at. Lots of visitors during the day, a few of whom were steampunks, many more were interested in becoming one.
Some other interesting chats too - people interested in masonic light bulbs, motion-following eyeballs, laser cutting and building stargates.
Chap Hop comes to Wales
29 January 2012Waltz on the Wye are very proud to announce that we are bringing Chap Hop to Wales!
We have secured the superb Professor Elemental to perform at the Waltz on the Wye Cabaret and Ball
The splendid chap will also be hosting a chap hop workshop during Saturday daytime as well.
