Getting to Chepstow by train

Chepstow has a railway station with good connections and fast trains to Wales and England, operated by Arriva Trains. It is within walking distance of Chepstow town centre.

The service is, however, rather less frequent than we might wish. It's certainly practical to arrive this way, but careful forward planning is suggested, particularly for Sunday.

Disabled access

Please note that a long-running issue in Chepstow is that of disabled access to and from the far (Westbound) platform. Access to this platform is via a footbridge that is inaccessible to wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility on stairs. Please check with the station before planning a journey.
